Daniel de la Falaise has a charming country house in the Gers, and a remarkable herb garden.
La Falaise is a chef, mad about food, just like his grand mother, just as gifted, whatever he does, he does it right.
 It was somehow touching to see certain objects, a few paintings which had belonged to his grand mother Maxime or his aunt Loulou and which I had seen in their homes in New York or in Paris had found their way to this elegant house.

 

 Daniel de la Falaise is one of the most elegant man I ever met.
