Liz Taylor and Richard Burton's yacht Kalizma, a 165 foot Edwardian motoryacht. Burton bought her in 1967 and named her after the names of his three children Kate, Liza and Maria. One of the main reason is they could go to the Cannes film festival without having their dogs going on quaranteen. Farewell Liz.

Here again, your work surpasses the subject; I mean no derision to her memory, only that the pictures are probably the finest use the yacht has enjoyed.

Carter, another use for of the ship... it is on board Kalizma Richard Burton offered Liz the 69 carats diamond.

This 69 carat diamond was originally known as the Cartier diamond after Cartier Inc. paid the record price of $1,050,000 for the gem at auction. The next day Richard Burton bought the stone for Elizabeth Taylor. It was then renamed the Taylor-Burton diamond. She first wore the pear shaped diamond publicly at a party for Princess Grace's 40th birthday in Monaco. In 1978, she sold the diamond to build a hospital in Botswana. It was subsequently purchased by Robert Mouawad.

Mouawad also possesses the Terestchenko diamond, my grand father's !!!
